SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Maurice A. Patenaude, 17, of Fort Covingtonfor speed in zone (62/35) following a traffic stop at 5:38 p.m. Oct. 1 on Cook Road.



EQUIPMENT VIOLATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Krysta L. Barilko, 21, of Hogansburgfor an equipment violation- inadequate plate lamp at 9:03 p.m. Oct. 1.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Chad E. Thompson, 22, of Rooseveltownfor inadequate headlights at 7:45 p.m. Oct. 2 after he was observed operating a vehicle with inadequate headlights on state Route 37.



AGGRAVATED DWI - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Charles W. Ayotte, 28, of Massena with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.18 or more , driving while intoxicated, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on highway and following too closely at 11:37 p.m. Oct/ 2. Police allege that Ayotte’s blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Shyla H. Cook, 22, of Akwesasne, Que., with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and ticketed her for failure to use designated lane following a traffic stop at 10:32 p.m. Thursday on McGee Road.



ARREST WARRANT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Detwin G. Curleyhead, 20, of Akwesasne, Que., for operation of a vehicle with an inadequate headlightfollowing a traffic stop at 12:31 a.m. Friday. Upon further investigation, it was determined that there was a warrant for his arrest. Curleyhead was arraigned on the warrant in Bombay Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Richard A. Greer, 60, of Cornwall, Ont., for speed in zone (53/35 mph) following a traffic stop at 7:19 a.m. Saturdayon state Route 37.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Kelly A. McDonald, 44, of Moirafor speed in zone (50/35 mph) following a traffic stop at 7:45 a.m. Saturdayon state Route 37.



SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Stephen Tomascik, 30, of St. Orleans, Ont., for speed in zone (53/35 mph) following a traffic stop at 8:09 a.m. Saturdayon state Route 37.
