DISORDERLY CONDUCT - NORTH LAWRENCE - Massena-based state police charged Timothy M. Merwin, 23, of County Route 55, North Lawrence, with disorderly conduct/fighting-violent behavior after responding to a complaint at 11:04 p.m. Saturday on Desmond Street in the town of Lawrence.



DWI - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police charged Lynn J. Bushey, 29, of 90 County Route 3, Bangor, with driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle on a public highway following a traffic stop at 12:31 a.m. Saturday on state Route 420 in the town of Stockholm. Troopers said the charges stemmed from an incident when police stopped to check on the welfare of the driver and two passengers in a vehicle parked on the side of Route 420. Bushey’s blood alcohol content was not available, troopers said.



PETIT LARCENY - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Raeanne L. Benedict, 33, of Hogansburg with petit larceny Friday afternoon following an investigation into a complaint filed with troopers at 4:06 p.m. Sept. 12 from the town of Malone.



TRESPASSING - NORTH ELBA - Ray Brook-based state police charged Barbara A. Cook, 52, of Akwesasne with trespassing Thursday following an investigation into a disturbance complaint filed with troopers Sept. 17 from the town of North Elba.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MALONE - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents on Friday.

■ Kimberly D. McClay-Shusser, 37, of Brushton at 6:09 p.m. on Lower Park Street, near Shears Road, in the town of Malone.

■ Cassandra J. Boardway, 18, of Brushton at 8:12 p.m. on Denio Road, near County Route 24, in the town of Malone.
