AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Matthew A. Miraglia, 30, of Potsdam with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for failure to stop at stop sign at 11:01p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Lower Bay Street.



LITTERING - POTSDAM - Village police charged Ciaran G Brown, 19, of Rochester with littering at 11:59 p.m. Saturday on Cedar Streetafter an officer observed him throw an empty plastic bottle on the ground.
