CHASE MILLS — State police said two Chase Mills men were arrested Sunday after they told contradicting stories regarding a physical altercation.

David B. Brailsford, 51, of 13917 Route 37, and Jon L. LaRue, 22, of 13921 Route 37, were charged after they both filed complaints over a fight that allegedly took place in Mr. Brailsford’s yard.

According to police, Mr. Brailsford accused Mr. LaRue of grabbing him by the throat, while Mr. LaRue claims that Mr. Brailsford grabbed him and shoved him across the yard. There were no witnesses to the incident, police said.

Both men were charged with second-degree harassment and are to appear in Louisville Town Court.
