HARASSMENT - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged David B. Brailsford, 51, of Chase Mills and Jon L. Larue, 22, of Massena with second-degree harassment - physical contact following an investigation into a harassment complaint filed with troopers at 5:03 p.m. Aug. 12 in the town of Louisville. Troopers said Brailsford was arrested at 7:44 p.m. Friday at 13917 Route 37 and the charges were lodged against Larue at 6:45 a.m. Saturday at the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.



HARASSMENT - MOIRA - Three Brushton-Moira residents have been charged following an investigation into a harassment complaint filed with troopers at 2:05 p.m. Aug. 21 from the town of Moira. Jeffrey M. Davis, 28, of Moira was charged with second-degree harassment - physical contact at 8 a.m. Sunday at 287 West Road. Darryl J. Elam, 31, of Brushton and Karen A. Godin, 52, of Brushton were each charged with trespassing Sunday morning. Their arrests took place at 111 Patterson Road.



CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - NORTH LAWRENCE - Massena-based state police charged James M. Larkin, 42, of North Lawrence with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment after responding to a domestic dispute complaint at 10:27 p.m. Saturday in the town of Lawrence.



MOTORCYCLE-DEER CRASH - ST. REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police said one person was injured at 1:37 p.m. Saturday in a motorcycle-deer accident on state Route 458, near Howe Road, in the town of Waverly. Troopers said the motorcycle operator, Lanny H. Gagnier, suffered a shoulder injured but refused medical attention. A passenger, Linda Jenkins, 52, was transported to Canton-Potsdam Hospital for treatment of facial lacerations.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - POTSDAM - State police from around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents on Saturday. Among those:

■ Julia H. Rookey, 70, of Madrid and Casey S. Thompson, 23, of Potsdam were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 10:13 a.m. Saturday on County Route 34, near Flat Rock Road, in the town of Potsdam.

■ Ian Dane Newstead, 18, of Moira at 10:58 p.m. Saturday on South Main Street, near Gold Mine Road, in the town of Santa Clara.
