Watertown woman faces endangering the welfare of child charges

Shari K.B. Tatum, 32, of 206 Franklin St., Apt. 413, was charged Monday night by Watertown police with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Police said she left two children, ages 9 and 5, alone in their apartment for 90 minutes Monday. She also allegedly had a unsanitary apartment with clutter on the floors and dishes in the sink. She was ordered to appear in Watertown City Court.
