CLAYTON Andrea L. Lynch, 31, of 37820 Deferno Road, was charged Tuesday night by state police with two counts of third-degree grand larceny and second-degree possession of a forged instrument.
Ms. Lynch is accused of taking a series of checks from her husband, Anthony Lynch, and cashing them at work for $1,500.
She was sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on no bail.
Ms. Lynch is on five years probation after pleading guilty last year to fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree unlawfully manufacturing methamphetamine.
She also was previously convicted on federal charges of embezzling $51,162 while working as a postal employee at post offices in Theresa, Fishers Landing and LaFargeville.
