CROSSWALK VIOLATION - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Lynn N. Kupperblatt, 18, of St. Albans, Vt., for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk at 10:20 a.m. Wednesday after police reportedly observed her fail to yield to a pedestrian walking in the crosswalk near the Hamlin Powers dormitory.





CROSSWALK VIOLATION - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Brandon Lapoint, 21, of Norwood for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk at 7:10 p.m. Wednesday after police reportedly observed himr fail to yield to a pedestrian walking in a crosswalk. The location of the stop was not disclosed in the police blotter entry.
