Cassie N. Remillard, 29, of 452 Belmont Courts, was arrested Monday at 9:50 a.m. on a city court warrant for second-degree forgery, city police said.

She was accused last December of making a $469.86 purchase at Wal-Mart, 3000 Ford St. Extension, with a credit card belonging to Raymond E. Jobin Jr., of 1030 Morris St.

She was ordered held on $5,000 cash bail/$10,000 bond in St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, and is due back in court on Friday.

Robert D. Baker, 43, of Rochester, was issued a summons Monday at 2:32 a.m. at the Paterson Street boat launch for open container, Ogdensburg police reported.

Victor P. Green, 33, of 103 Pine St., was arrested Saturday at 10:15 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for revocation of probation, city police said.

Julie A. Parks, 41, of Syracuse, was ticketed Saturday at 7:33 p.m. on West River Street for failure to stop at a stop sign, Ogdensburg reported.

Stephen D. LaClair, 21, of 31 Cornell Ave., Massena, was arrested Saturday at 2:18 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear, city police said.

Richard Seaman, 54, of 1302 Ford St., Room 7, was arrested Saturday at 1:16 a.m. on a city court bench warrant, Ogdensburg police said

City police were notified Friday at 2:31 p.m. that a counterfeit dollar bill was passed at the Sunoco gas station and convenience store.
