ALEXANDRIA BAY — Claire Stackel scored four goals and assisted on three others as Copenhagen rolled past Alexandria, 9-0, on Wednesday in a season-opening Frontier League “D” Division girls soccer game.

Stackel scored the game’s first two goals and Alicia Evans followed with the next two tallies for the defending division-champion Golden Knights.

Emma Roberts chipped in with a goal and two assists for Copenhagen, and Maci Spaulding tallied a goal and an assist.

Mackenzie Wheeler made seven saves for Copenhagen.

LYME 5, SACKETS HARBOR 3

Taylor Brown scored twice to lead the Indians in a season-opening “D” Division game at Sackets Harbor.

Lauren Barry added a goal and two assists for Lyme.

Rainy Johannessen scored twice and Diana Dotson delivered a goal and an assist for Sackets Harbor.

BELLEVILLE HENDERSON 2, LAFARGEVILLE 1

Kellie Sherm and Skyllar Morris tallied goals to spark the Panthers to a “D” Division triumph in Belleville.

Karlie Maloney made 15 saves for the Panthers (1-0).

Allison Hoover scored for the Red Knights (0-1).

WATERTOWN 2, GENERAL BROWN 0

Olivia Miles tallied a goal and an assist to help propel the Cyclones to an “A” Division victory in Dexter.

Miranda Gilbert also scored, and Katie Aldrich made two saves for Watertown (1-1-1, 1-0-0).

Chelsea VanTassel of the Lions (0-1) made 16 saves.

LOWVILLE 2, INDIAN RIVER 0

Isabelle Hanno and Selena Beller each scored to pace the Red Raiders to a crossover win in Philadelphia.

Alexis Bach made 15 saves for the Red Raiders (1-0), while Ashlynn Borce finished with six for the Warriors (1-1, 0-1).

IHC 1, CARTHAGE 1

Rebekah Zehr scored with less than eight minutes left to help the Comets salvage a tie with the Cavaliers during an “A” Division game at Carthage.

Charisse Lapointe scored in the first half, and Skylar Short made 12 saves for IHC (0-1-2).

Becky Brandal made 10 saves for Carthage (0-0-1).
