FORGED INSTRUMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Michael D. Lentinello, 18, of Huntington with third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument at 7:58p.m, Monday at T&R Liquors. Police said they were called to T&R Liquors for a report of a subject attempting to purchase alcohol with a fake ID. Patrol made contact with Lentinello and placed him under arrest. He was released on an appearance ticket.



FORGED INSTRUMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Andrew J. Ingerman, 18, of Plainview with third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument at 8:37p.m. Monday. Police said they were called to T&R Liquors for a report of a subject attempting to purchase alcohol with a fake ID. Police responded, but they said the suspect had fled the store prior to patrol arrival. The suspect had left the fake ID at the store, and police located Ingerman residing on campus at SUNY Potsdam. He was taken into custody and was transported to the Potsdam Police Department, where he was processed and released on an appearance ticket.

1520 Officer completed fingerprints for a subject.

1530 Clarkson Security turned over drug paraphernalia for destruction.

1630 Found property was turned into the police department.

1747 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call.

1800 Issued a handicap parking permit.

1824 Received a parking complaint on State Street.

1920 Received a report of a subject attempted to purchase alcohol by fraudulent means. Officer responded. Investigation continues.

2000 Property found in the public library was turned in.
