PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Village police charged Matthew C. Manahan, 20, of St. Albans, Vt.; Benjamin J. Ewald, 19, of Pennellville; Joseph E. Romeo, 20, of Baldwinsville; and Shane P. O’Brien, 19, of Baldwinsville with petit larceny Sunday evening following an investigation into a report a wooden picnic table stolen in the early mornng hours of Aug. 21 from Little Italy, Market Street, had been located at a residence on Bay Street. Police said the men wanted in connection with the incident turned themselves in Sunday night at the Potsdam Police Department.
