DOUBLE TROUBLE - A second visit with state troopers early Friday morning ended with a trip to the Franklin County Jail for a Fort Covington.
Malone-based state police charged Bruce W. Jock, 32, of Fort Covington with second-degree harassment after responding to a domestic dispute complaint at 2:40 a.m. He was released on his own recognizance on that charge. Troopers returned to 71 Center St., Fort Covington, at 5:10 a.m. Friday and charged him with a felony count of first-degree criminal contempt after he violated an order of protection. He was arraigned in local court and sent to the Franklin County Jail.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Tori A. Paquin, 23, of 93 1/2 Maple St., Massena, with unlawful possession of marijuana at 8:40 p.m. Thursday following a traffic stop on Route 37 in the town of Fort Covington.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police reported they had charged Corey L. Emlaw, 19, of Norfolk with unlawful possession of marijuana and throwing an injurius substance on a highway following a traffic stop on Austin Ridge Road in the town of Norfolk.
BURGLARY - EDWARDS - Canton-based state police charged Cody J. Gladle, 17, of Edwards and Martin J. Reese, 18, of Edwards with third-degree burglary following a complaint filed at 1:15 a.m. Friday in the village of Edwards. Gladle was additionaly charged with unlawful possession of marijuana stemming from a trespassing complaint at 4:50 p.m. Aug. 15 from the town of Edwards. Both teens were arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
