Potsdam Police: Vermont man faces charge after unlawfully entering Pleasant Street residence

FORGED INSTRUMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Dylan W. Hovey, 20, of North Concord, Vt., with third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument at 10:11 p.m. Wednesday on Pleasant Streetafter patrols were requested to a report of an intoxicated male entering a residence unlawfully in the village. When approached by officers, Hovey reportedly fled on foot, then physically resisted their attempts to place him under arrest. Once in custody, he was found to be in possession of a forged Vermont driver’s licenses.
