AGGRAVATED DWI - POTSDAM - Village police charged Kyle D. Smith, 22, of Middleport with aggravated driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to keep right and failure to signal at 1:26 a.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Market Street. Police said they made the stop after they observed Smith fail to keep right and then fail to signal a lane change on Market Street. He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.19 percent. A DWI charge is elevated to aggravated DWI when the blood alcohol content is 0.18 percent of higher.
