Hannawa Falls woman charged with having drugs in residence when she lived in Massena

ENDANGERING THE WELFARE - MASSENA - Village police picked up Barbra A. Marshall, 20, of 107 Postwood Road, Massena, on an arrest warrant Friday afternoon charging her with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful possession of marijuana. Police said they were called to 18 Park Ave., Apt. A, on the evening of March 5 to assist Child Protective Services investigate a complaint that a child was being exposed to suspect drug activity at the residence. Police said Marshall gave them permission to search her apartment and they found a Mason jar containing marijuana as well as multiple drug paraphernalia items. She was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and released after posting $250 bail.
