Maureen A. McNally, of 518 Proctor Ave., called city police Sunday at 2:34 p.m. to report property damage.

Patrick J. Peccolo, 26, of 125 Belmont Courts, was arrested Sunday at 1:40 p.m. on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant, city police said. He was transferred to the county jail in Canton.

Robert M. Montgomery, 33, of 310 Hasbrouck St., was arrested Sunday at 12:56 p.m. for endangering the welfare of a child, city police said. He allegedly argued with his wife, Mackenzie, 34, in front of their 13- and 10-year-old sons. He was released on his own recognizance.

Christopher D. Harper, 21, of 1002 Morris St., and Jacob W. Herzog, 21, of 720 Pickering St., were each charged Saturday at 11:38 p.m. at Franklin and East South streets with open container, city police said.

Alicia M. Dezell, 27, of 404 Kiah St., Nicole L. Ritchie, 31, and Benjamin J. Ritchie, 32, both of 67 Lisbon St., Heuvelton, were each charged Sunday at 11:36 p.m. on West River Street with open container, city police said.

The light illuminating the flagpole outside Ogdensburg police headquarters, 800 Park St., was reported broken Saturday at 9:43 p.m.
