OGDENSBURG An Ogdensburg man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly selling heroin.
Ogdensburg police charged Kenneth R. Kendall, 2 King St., with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony.
Police said the arrest stems from an investigation of several months into Mr. Kendalls activity. He was arrested after he sold heroin to a confidential police source, Detective Daniel Mousaw said.
Mr. Kendall was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court and released under supervision of probation.
Further charges are pending, Mr. Mousaw said.
The Police Departments Narcotics Enforcement Unit was assisted in the investigation by members of the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force.
