Dunn, Sheppard each claim big-block victories

Billy Dunn of Watertown and Matt Sheppard of Waterloo became repeat winners in the Team Tire Masters big-block modified divisions as each won a 25-lap feature Saturday night at the Canandaigua Motorsports Park. It was the second win of the season at the speedway for Dunn.

The victories came on the 50th anniversary of the speedway holding weekly races.

Several area speedways did not race last weekend due to high school graduations.

n Watertown native Tim McCreadie and Edwards native Tim Fuller will compete Tuesday night in a World of Outlaws race at the Canandaigua Speedway. On Thursday night at the Brighton (Ontario) Speedway, McCreadie and Fuller finished 11th and 12th, respectively.
