Watertown police charged a city woman after an alleged domestic incident Friday.

Tasha A. Vincent, 20, of 1708 Ohio St., Apt. 68, is accused of damaging a screen door at the residence of Michelle Railing, then taking away Ms. Railing’s phone when she tried to call police.

Charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief at 7:37 p.m. at her residence, Ms. Vincent was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment in City Court.
