BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police said Anthony J. Brothers, 28, of 12 Laurel Ave., Massena, turned hmself in on a bench warrant from village court alleging he had failed to appear as directed for scheduled court appearances. He was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and on his own recognizance.



DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Carrie L. Gambaccini, 34, of 11 Haskell St.,Massena, with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest following an incident at 8 p.m. Saturday on Center Street. Police said Gambaccini refused to comply with orders to stop yelling and screaming and then attempted to run for officers when they attempted to take her into custody on the disorderly conduct charge. Police alleged Gambaccini was intoxicated at the time of the incident.



DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Zachary R. Taylor, 25, of 15 Clark St., Massena, with disorderly conduct at 2:08 a.m. Sunday on Andrews Street. Police said they observed Taylor urirnating in the Andrews Street parking lot near the fire station.



UNREGISTERED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Robert E. Wilson, 43. of 34 Washington St., Massena, with unregistered operation of a motor vehicle at 10:23 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on the Parker Avenue. Police said Wilson’s registration had been suspended due to an insurance lapse.



UNSAFE LANE CHANGE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jean Pierre Desnoyers, 66, of Water Street, Cornwall, Ont., for making an unsafe lane change following a property damage accident at 12:32 p.m. Sunday on state Route 37.
