ALBANY — The Albany Dutchmen scored two runs in the eighth inning as they beat the Watertown Rams, 5-3, to remain undefeated in Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League action at Bob Belizzi Field on Saturday.

Matt Dacey scored on an error in the eighth by Watertown shortstop Bryce Greager and then Jack Wietlispach added an RBI single for an insurance run for Albany (5-0).

Kyle Pheland picked up the win in relief and Ben Seabrook pitched a scoreless ninth to record the save for the Dutchmen.

Greager clubbed a two-run home run in the second, and the Rams (2-5) tied it in the seventh when they scored on wild pitch by Dutchmen starter Bryan Carr.

The two teams finish up the home-and-home set 5 p.m. today at the Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds.
