Two people remained hospitalized Wednesday following a two-vehicle crash that occurred the day before at County Route 202 and Route 12F in the town of Watertown.

Kathy Murphy, 54, of Ann Street, was listed in stable condition in Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, where she was taken by LifeNet helicopter.

She was a passenger in a sport utility vehicle headed west on Route 12F that was hit by an eastbound van shortly before 1 p.m. Tuesday.

Her husband, Keith Murphy, 60, and the driver of the van, Robert Fisk, 79, Belleview, Fla., were treated for their injuries at Samaritan Medical Center and later released. Mr. Fisk’s wife, Kathleen, 75, remains stable at Samaritan Medical Center.

Witnesses said the SUV was making a left turn onto County Route 202 when the crash occurred. It was unclear Wednesday whether any tickets were issued.
