HYPODERMIC NEEDLES - MASSENA - Village police charged William P. Rochefort, 18, of 107 Stoughton Ave., Massena, with two counts of possession of hypodermic needles. Police said the needles were located under the passenger seat during a traffic stop at 2:34 a.m. Tuesday.



SUSPENDED REGISTRATION - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Nolan D. Jacobs, 30, of Frogtown Road, Hogansburg, with operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration and failure to signal following a traffic stop at 11:20 p.m. Tuesday near Spruce near Beach streets.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - MASSENA -

INADEQUATE HEADLAMPS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Brande L. Snyder, 36, of Woodlawn Avenue, Massena, was ticketed for a stop sign violation at 8:51 p.m. Tuesday on Grove Street near Ridgewood Avenue.



NO SEATBELT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Angela M. Shatraw, 30, of Tamarack Street, Massena, for failure to wear her seatbelt at 4:37 p.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on East Orvis Street. Village police ticketed Dennis J. Kemison Jr., 34, of Barnhart Road, Massena, for operation of a vehicle with insufficient headlights at 11:01 p.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on Route 37.



OBSTRUCTED VIEW - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Joshua J. Love, 22, of Chase Street, Massena, for operation of a vehicle with an obstructed view and for making an unsafe lane change at 2:20 a.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on Main Street.



UNSAFE LANE CHANGE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Andrew T. Berry, 21, of Rooseveltown for making an unsafe lane change at 10:54 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Parker Avenue.
