Nastiness is in poor taste

I see old Wally Siebel is back to his same old, bad- mouthing the dining places and their staff. It’s a wonder any business can stay open with his superb, nasty criticism.

I realize he’s a critic and that’s his job. It’s no wonder the world is in the shape it’s in. Nobody knows how to be nice anymore.

Maybe Wally should give up his job as a critic and get a job as a waiter to see if he can do better. I am referring to his comments in the article May 5 on Memories. I felt sorry for the waitress he was referring to, also the restaurant.

I’d hate to have a job like his, being a critic. I’d rather be unemployed. He was doing fairly well for awhile.

I am seriously considering canceling my subscription to the Watertown Daily Times as reading his comments makes me sick.

Maybe he should be shipped out somewhere or just get a life. Maybe try to be nice for a change. If he thinks he’s funny, he is not. Far from it.
