BENCH WARRANT - State police picked up Barry K. Hill, 23, of Brushton on a bench warrant issued by the Potsdam Village Court for failure to appear in court as scheduled and turned him over to Potsdam Police at 2:15 a.m. Sunday. Hill was arrainged by Potsdam Village Justice Nicholas Pignone and released on his own recognizance.



FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed David A. Smith, 47, of Potsdam for following too closely at 7:25 p.m. Sunday on Elm Streetfollowing a property damage accident.
