DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged William J. Davis, 34, of 33 Douglas Road, Massena, with disorderly conduct at 3:36 a.m. Thursday on Lincoln Place. Police said they went to Lincoln Place on a complaint that Davis refused to leave Trista Stevens’ residence, They said Davis also ignored several requests by police to leave the residence and then approached officers in a manner they described as threatening and violent manner demanding they arrest him. Police complied with his request.



ENDANGERING THE WELFARE - MASSENA - Village police charged Jessica E. Bogart, 21, of 62 Bishop Ave., Massena, with endangering the welfare of a child at 12:51 p.m. Wednesday following an incident on Stephenville Road. A complainant told police she had seen Bogart drag her three-year-old son across a parking lot off Stephenville Road and then slammed the child into his carseat.



COUNTY COURT WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Sierra R. Herbick, 25, of 621 Church St., Newark, at 5:47 p.m. Wednesday on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant. She was transported to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility pending an appearance in county court.



CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Alison M. Power, 57, of Massena for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 6:05 p.m. Wednesday on North Main Street.



UNSAFE BACKING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Kayla M. Lalonde, 23, of Main Street, Massena, for unsafe backing at 3:58 p.m. Wednesday following an incident in Laneuville’s parking lot.



FAIL TO KEEP RIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed William C. Clark, 42, of Route 37, Lisbon, for failure to keep right following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident at 10:43 a.m. Tuesday on North Main at Maple Street.
