Margaret E. Miller, 56, 336 Winslow Street, passed away Saturday May 2, 2013 at Hospice of Jefferson County at the Ellis Farm.

Mrs. Miller was born October 27, 1956, in Watertown a daughter of Bernard and Elizabeth Dollinger House. She graduated from Watertown High School in 1974 and from SUNY Potsdam in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in education. Mrs. Miller was a substitute teacher for the Watertown City School District. She was a member of the Eagles Club.

On July 20, 1985, she married William A. Miller at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church with Reverend Alan Smith officiating. Mr. Miller died August 1, 1999.

Surviving besides her mother are three daughters and a son in law, Amanda E. and Ryan Fell, Davenport, FL, Erica C. and Marissa C. both of Watertown, two brothers and a sister in law, Bernard and Eileen House Watertown , Gerald House, Alexandria Bay, a granddaughter, Bethany and ten nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4 -6 pm at the D.L. Calarco Funeral Home, Inc. A funeral service will be held Thursday at 3pm at St. Andrew’s Shared Ministry, 8520 LeRay St, Evans Mills, NY with The Reverend Anne Wichelns, Vicar, officiating. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Hospice of Jefferson County, 1398 Gotham Street Road, Watertown, NY 13601. Condolences may be made to www.dlcalarco.com.
