BURGLARY - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Adam M. Deleel, 26, of Massena with third-degree burglary and possession of burglar tools after responding to a complaint at 10:22 p.m. Saturday from the town of Massena. Deleel was arrested a short time later at 2241 state Route 420, Massena. He was arraigned in local court, and bail was set.

ASSAULT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Robert J. Mackerer, 43, of Massena with third-degree assault stemming from an investigation into an incident reported at 9:20 a.m. Saturday from the town of Norfolk.

CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - WADDINGTON - Massena-based state police charged Kimball F. Oshier, 53, of Waddington with second-degree criminal contempt stemming from an investigation into an order of protection violation complaint made at 6:25 a.m. Saturday from the town of Waddington.

HARASSMENT - NORTH LAWRENCE - Massena-based state police charged Jeffrey A. Bell, 52, of Winthrop with second-degree harassment Saturday stemming from an investigation into an incident reported at 7:16 p.m. April 3 from the town of Lawrence.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident reported at 12:40 p.m. Saturday on Anderson Road near Parmeter Road in the town of Potsdam. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Howard W. Robideau, 72, of Potsdam.
