PARISH Erin Stever slapped an RBI single to score Rhiannon Wheeler with the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning as Altmar-Parish-Williamstown edged South Lewis, 4-3, in a Frontier League softball crossover game on Tuesday.
Stever and Tori Britton each collected two hits and Tori Stanton struck out six for the Rebels (7-1).
Marissa Brown registered an RBI single for the Falcons (9-2, 7-2).
SANDY CREEK 7, LAFARGEVILLE 0
Chelsea Claflin struck out 13 in a three-hit shutout to power the host Comets to a crossover win over the Red Knights in a game of division leaders at Sandy Creek.
Claflin also went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run and three RBIs for C Division-leading Sandy Creek (9-1, 8-1). Kylee Martin finished 2-for-2.
Amber Klock doubled for D Division leader LaFargeville (7-3).
SOUTH JEFFERSON 13, WATERTOWN 3
Jackie Decker belted a two-run home run as a part of her three hits as the Spartans downed the Cyclones (2-7, 1-5) in a crossover game in Adams Center.
Janessa Vaadi doubled and drove in two runs for South Jefferson (8-1).
BELLEVILLE HENDERSON 13, SACKETS HARBOR 9
Jenta White finished a home run short of the cycle as the Panthers earned their first win of the season with a D Division victory over the Patriots in Belleville.
Whitney Maitland and Karlie Maloney tripled for Belleville Henderson (1-8), while Jordan Gonseth doubled for Sackets Harbor (1-10, 1-8).
WATERTOWN 18, SOUTH JEFFERSON 13
Andrew Keenan scored five goals and the Cyclones won 19-of-24 faceoffs en route to an interdivision win over the Spartans in Adams.
Eric Soderquist supplied three goals and three assists, and Kendall Vecchio added two goals and three assists for Watertown (6-5, 4-3).
Brett Maguire led South Jefferson (1-9, 1-5) with six goals and two assists.

Casey Boulio scored six goals as the Comets raced to a 13-1 halftime lead during a nonleague win at Oswego.
Bailey Wilkenson and Josh Yelvington each added three goals for Carthage (10-1), Seth Leonard recorded two goals and three assists, and Paul Bracy netted two goals and two assists.

Robert Campany scored from a dodge behind the net in overtime as the host Red Raiders earned their first win of the season with a nonleague victory over the Raiders.
Michael Duffer notched a hat trick for Lowville (1-9). Utica Proctor fell to 2-5.
LOWVILLE 5, THOUSAND ISLANDS 3
Curtis Lehman pitched a complete game as the Red Raiders edged the Vikings in Clayton to take over first place in the C Division.
Dylan Roes collected two hits, including a double, and drove in two runs for Lowville (8-1). Cody Branigan also added two hits.
Austin Bach had two hits and an RBI for Thousand Islands (6-3).

Jared Bellinger went 2-for-4 with a triple and two RBIs as the Cyclones remained unbeaten in league play with a crossover victory at Adams.
Ryan Bajjaly finished 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI for Watertown (8-3, 6-0), and Danny Castaneda doubled in a run.
Marcus Shelmidine was 3-for-4 with two RBIs for the Spartans (2-7, 1-6), and Cody Jones and Cameron Heasley each contributed two hits.

Erik Wollum struck out seven in a three-hit shutout and Jordan Schofield knocked in a run on two hits as the Lions claimed a crossover win over the Cavaliers at the Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds.
Ryan Ellis drove in three runs for General Brown (3-8, 2-8). Austyn Frechette doubled and singled for Immaculate Heart Central (4-2).

Adam Gagnon recorded three hits and the Warriors used a six-run third inning to beat the Rebels in a crossover game at Philadelphia.
Edward Malinoski hit a solo homer for Indian River (2-4), while Brady Bombard and William Eichner each contributed a single and double.
Tylor Skelligton homered and doubled for A-P-W (1-6).
LAFARGEVILLE 16, SANDY CREEK 4
Matt Valin struck out 11 and collected three hits as the Red Knights routed the Comets (6-3) in a crossover game in Sandy Creek.
Thomas ODriscoll went 4-for-5 for LaFargeville (5-5).
SACKETS HARBOR 5, BELLEVILLE HENDERSON 4
Billy Newcombe struck out 17, and the Patriots scored the winning run on a bases loaded walk in the top of the seventh inning to earn a D Division win at Belleville.
Shawn Cuddeback and Ethan Meeks each drove in two runs for Sackets Harbor (3-6).
Jordan Shepard recorded two hits for the Panthers (2-7), and Colton Ramsdell struck out 12 in a losing effort.
GIRLS TRACK AND FIELD
Falcons win pair
Gaelyn Bronson, Christina Platt and Sierra Corbett each had a hand in two wins as South Lewis beat host Carthage, 77-64, and A-P-W, 105-36, in a Frontier League meet at Carthage. Carthage defeated A-P-W 77-64.
Bronson captured the 3,000 meters and ran on the winning 3,200 relay for South Lewis (5-1). Platt took the 1,500 and ran on the fastest 1,600 relay, while Corbett took the 800 and ran a leg on the 3,200 relay.
Kristy Williams won the 100, 400 and long jump for Carthage (2-4).
VARGULICK PACES RED RAIDERS
Serena Vargulick captured the 100 and 400 hurdles and triple jump and ran on the first-place 1,600 relay to help lead Lowville to victories over Beaver River, 82-55, and host Watertown, 123-9, during a Frontier League meet. Beaver River defeated Watertown, 102-30.
Ellory Roberts claimed the shot put and discus for Lowville (5-1).
Sarah Steiner took the 100 and 200 and contributed to the fastest 400 relay, and Malori Mattimore won the high jump and pole vault for Beaver River (2-4).
