ADAMS — Matt Moran and Pat Gefell scored three goals apiece to lead Immaculate Heart Central to a Frontier League interdivision boys lacrosse victory, 8-4, over South Jefferson on Friday.

Daniel Grant made 12 saves for Immaculate Heart Central (7-6, 6-2).

Benner Geurtsen scored twice for South Jefferson (1-8, 1-4).

GENERAL BROWN 14, POTSDAM 4

Cole Johnson recorded seven points, including three goals, to lead the Lions past the Sandstoners in a nonleague game at Dexter.

Jake Purvis scored five goals and Michael Roukous delivered four assists for General Brown (6-4).

Stephen Lewis and Keenan O’Gorman each finished with a goal and an assist for Potsdam (3-4).

CLINTON 13, LOWVILLE 4

Gavin Gleasman finished with six goals and two assists as the Warriors secured a nonleague victory at Lowville.

Brandon Broccoli added three goals for Clinton (3-6).

Matt Bush recorded two goals and one assist for Lowville (0-9, 0-7).

GIRLS LACROSSE

GENERAL BROWN 17, OFA 1

Hannah Peebles accounted for three goals and two assists during the Lions’ nonleague victory over the Blue Devils at Dexter.

Bryanna Fazio contributed two goals and three assists, and Jill Primicias and Taylor Rosette each added two goals and one assist for General Brown (6-3).

Nikki Holmes scored for Ogdensburg Free Academy (2-6).

INDIAN RIVER 14, POTSDAM 3

Katie Brierton score four goals and added three assists to power the Warriors past the Sandstoners in a nonleague game at Philadelphia.

Morgan Nabywaniec and Paige Fayette scored three goals apiece for Indian River (5-4).

Annette Rishe recorded a goal and an assist for Potsdam (4-3).

BASEBALL

CARTHAGE 14, GENERAL BROWN 5

Brandon Bush pitched a complete game, striking out five, and drove in a run on two hits to help propel the Comets to a crossover victory at Dexter.

Tyler Clemons was 4-for-5 with two doubles, Dylan James finished with two hits and two RBIs, and Denny Montanez drove recorded two hits for Carthage (6-1, 6-0).

Jordan Schofield drove in two runs on two hits, and Dylan Daughen and Erik Wollum each smacked a double for General Brown (2-7, 1-7).

INDIAN RIVER 7, SOUTH JEFFERSON 4

Brady Bombard drove in two runs as the Warriors topped the Spartans in a crossover game at Philadelphia.

Zachary LaForest-Hurd also chipped in with two hits for Indian River (2-3), while Danny Angelo and Kyle Bresett combined for the win.

Marcus Shelmidine drove in two runs for South Jefferson (1-6).

IHC 12, APW 8

Miles Sexton finished 3-for-4 and drove in three runs as the Cavaliers earned a crossover win at the Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds.

Spencer Shawlow was 2-for-3 with a triple, Austyn Frechette 2-for-3 with a double and Jake Fucilli went 2-for-4 for Immaculate Heart Central (4-1).

Ronnie Priest had a 3-for-3 day for Altmar-Parish-Williamstown.

THOUSAND ISLAnds 9, Sackets harbor 5

Reed Donnelly went 4-for-4 at the plate, including a triple, and pitched six innings to earn the win as the Vikings defeated the Patriots in a crossover game at Clayton.

Cameron Robbins finished 2-for-3 with a triple and double for Thousand Islands (5-2), and Matt Julian was 2-for-3.

For Sackets Harbor (2-5), Josh Keruski and Ethan Meeks each recorded two hits and Billy Newcome contributed a double..

SANDY CREEK 17, BELLEVILLE HENDERSON 5

Jarod Williams went 3-for-4 as the Comets cruised to a crossover victory over the Panthers (2-5) in Sandy Creek.

Ben Sheppard tripled and singled for Sandy Creek (5-2).

SOFTBALL

APW 12, IHC 0

Tori Stanton and Amber Rice combined on a no-hitter as the Rebels earned the crossover win at Parish.

Stanton struck out three in two innings, while Rice fanned eight over five innings for Altmar-Parish-Williamstown (5-0).

Emily Radley and Katie Palmer each finished with two hits and an RBI, while Stanton also recorded two hits.

GENERAL BROWN 16, CARTHAGE 1

Rhea Pitkin (9) and Katie Pitkin (7) combined for 16 strikeouts to guide the host Lions to a crossover victory.

Rhea Pitkin drove in three runs on two hits, and Sam Monroe belted a home run.

Nikki Maier added a pair of hits for General Brown (7-1).

Kelly Hunneyman finished 3-for-3 with two doubles and an RBI for Carthage (1-5).

SANDY CREEK 14, BELLEVILLE HENDERSON 1

Autumn Darling threw a complete game two-hitter with 12 strikeouts in her first varsity start, leading the host Comets to a crossover win over the Panthers (0-7).

Grace Wallace finished with three hits for Sandy Creek (6-1, 5-1).
