ADAMS CENTER — Noah Loconte claimed the 400 meters and triple jump and ran on the winning 1,600 relay to help lead Carthage to victories over South Jefferson, 77-64, and South Lewis, 93-48, during a Frontier League boys track and field meet Thursday.

South Jefferson beat South Lewis, 94-46 .

Nick Tyler won the 800, 1,600 and 3,200 and contributed to the first-place 3,200 relay for the Spartans.

Matt Mundt captured the 200 and tied for first place in the pole vault for South Jefferson (3-1).

Devan Peebles (110 hurdles), Michael McLane (high jump) and Hunter Fenton (discus) won events for South Lewis (0-3).

APW 62, SANDY CREEK 61

Joe Carusone captured the 100, 200, long jump and triple jump to lead the Rebels to a “B” Division victory over the Comets at Parish.

Sage Bartlett won the 110 and 400 hurdles and the high jump for Altmar-Parish-Williamstown (1-2).

Ivan Grossman (shot put) and David Brown (discus) claimed the throwing events for Sandy Creek (0-3).
