The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Jaade R. Oakes, 24, of 207 St. Regis Road, Hogansburg, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI at 2:42 a.m. Saturday after being stopped for allegedly making an unsafe turn on Route 37, Massena. His blood alcohol content was measured at 0.18 percent, police said. A BAC level of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.
■ Timothy D. Rowland, 26, of 25403 Route 3, was charged by Watertown police at 1:21 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Factory Street. He refused a breath test for the presence of alcohol, police said. He also was charged with failure to signal a turn and having excessive window tint.
■ Robert J. Casper, 54, of 204 Perrine Ave., Auburn, was charged by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies at 8:46 p.m. Saturday on Route 11 in the Town of LeRay. He was stopped by deputies after being seen crossing the roads center line near its ramps to Interstate 781. His BAC was listed at 0.13 percent. He was also charged with failing to keep right.
■ Pamela S. Knowlton, 52, of 427 Ambrose St., Sackets Harbor, was charged by Jefferson County sheriffs deputies at 1:50 a.m. Sunday on Route 3 in the Town of LeRay after being spotted making an improper U-turn near Route 342. Her BAC was listed at 0.15 percent.
■ Kermisha M. Graham, 29, of 26183 Harrier Court, Evans Mills, was charged by state police at 3:43 a.m. Sunday on Route 11 in the town of Pamelia. Her BAC was measured at 0.14 percent. She also was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
■ Richard W. Walters, 48, of 4963 State Route 410, Castorland, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI at 10:04 p.m. Friday on Route 12F in the Town of Hounsfield. His BAC was measured at 0.24 percent. He was also charged with driving without a license and possessing marijuana.
■ Benjamin M. Cole, 22, of 9 Bolton Ave., Alexandria Bay, was charged at 3:38 a.m. on Interstate 81 near the town of Adams after being stopped for speeding. His BAC was listed at 0.16 percent. He was also charged with driving without a license.
■ Jennifer M. OBrien, 23, of 62 Stoughton Ave., Massena, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated by state police at 2:42 a.m. Sunday.
Ms. OBrien also was charged with speeding and failure to keep right on Route 37 in Massena.
Her blood alcohol content was measured at 0.18 percent.
■ Myles F. Norman, 26, of 351 E. Orvis St., Massena, was charged with driving while intoxicated at 4 a.m. Sunday.
Mr. Norman was arrested on N. Main Street, Massena, after getting his car stuck in a yard while trying to turn around.
He was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle for driving with a suspended license. He is scheduled to appear in Massena Town Court.
