A Watertown man faces up to three years in state prison after admitting Wednesday in Jefferson County Court that he shoplifted more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from Walmart in the town of Watertown.

Jeremy L. Flowers, 25, whose last known address was 642 Bronson St., pleaded guilty to fourth-degree grand larceny. He admitted that on Nov. 13 he stole items from the department store on Route 3. Police said at the time of his arrest that two computers valued at nearly $1,300 total were taken.

Mr. Flowers is expected to be sentenced May 29 to 1 to 3 years in prison. He will be sentenced as a second-felony offender, having been sentenced in County Court in April 2012 to a year in the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building for a conviction of third-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Justin A. Tanner, 22, of 31097 Route 11, Philadelphia, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief. He admitted that on Oct. 12 he broke a large window at Crazy Legs Saloon, 536 Arsenal St. Police said at the time that he threw a rock through the window. He is expected to be sentenced June 4 to no more than three years’ probation. He has paid $750 in restitution up front.

Jayde A. Davis, 18, Fort Drum, had a charge of fourth-degree grand larceny dismissed. Assistant District Attorney Rodney W. Kyle told Judge Kim H. Martusewicz that the alleged victim no longer wanted to pursue charges claiming that Miss Davis had stolen a debit card.
