■ CLAYTON — The Thousand Islands Central School District Board of Education will hold a special meeting Tuesday night at the middle/high school library, 8481 County Route 9, immediately after a community budget forum, which starts at 6 p.m.

■ DENMARK — A tree-tapping ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Moser’s Mapleridge Farm, 3981 Wilson Road. Several sugar houses and the American Maple Museum in Croghan will be open Saturday and Sunday for Maple Weekend, but Moser’s will be open only Saturday.
