Chessa Jo Cooper, 25, of 223 Arlington St., was charged by Watertown police Wednesday night at her residence with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Police said she threw a $30 picture frame belonging to Tyler D. Cooper, same address, against a wall, causing the frame to break.

She was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment.
