■ CARTHAGE — Area residents can vote on Carthage Central School’s capital construction project proposal from noon to 9 p.m. today at the high school library.

■ BEAVER FALLS — The Beaver River Central School District Board of Education will hold a work session on the district’s proposed capital project at 5 p.m. Thursday .

■ LOWVILLE — The Region 6 Fish and Wildlife Management Board will meet at 10 a.m. Thursday in the conference room at the state Department of Environmental Conservation Dadville field office on Route 812. The public is welcome to attend.
