DEXTER - Melissa L. Watson, 31, 504 Brown St., was charged Thursday by Dexter Village Police on a charge of issuing a bad. Village police said she gave a $195.05 check to the Dexter Market on Dec. 13 and it was bounced. She was given an appearance ticket for Dexter Village Court for March 28.
