BLACK RIVER — The village Board of Trustees has set budget workshop sessions for Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on when Jefferson County releases the total taxable value enabling the village clerk to set the tax rates. The final budget work session is set for March 25. All the sessions will take place at 6 p.m. at the village offices, 107 Jefferson Place.

The board has set the public hearing on the tentative budget for 6 p.m. April 8 in conjunction with the normal monthly board meeting in the village municipal building.
