Lamar A. Perkins, 24, of 20377 Reasoner Road, Apt. 208, was charged by Watertown police with criminal possession of stolen property at 4 p.m. Friday at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building.
He is accused of selling two gold rings and two gold necklaces belonging to Mario A. Mendez, 227 Stone St., Apt. 1, to Downtown Cash4Gold.
The items had been reported stolen and are estimated to be worth more than $3,600 in combined value.
Mr. Perkins was processed and held pending arraignment Saturday.
