Robert E. Rivera, 22, of 210 Sherman St., Apt. 2, was charged by Watertown police with disorderly conduct at 2:31 a.m. Saturday for allegedly acting in a tumultuous and threatening manner in the third-floor hallway at 505 Washington St.
Police said Mr. Rivera, who was told to calm down several times by patrols, also punched Austen L. Scudera while patrols were present.
Mr. Rivera was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and held on $100 bail pending arraignment at 11 a.m. Saturday.
