Watertown police arrested Michael A. Hibbard, 20, of 22146 River Bend Road, at 12:22 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Washington Street on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Mr. Hibbard is accused of acting in a threatening manner by arguing with and yelling at a group of people.

Police said the group tried to walk away but was followed by Mr. Hibbard, who continued to argue with individuals in the group.

Mr. Hibbard was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where he was processed and released after posting $100 police bail.
