Charles H. Doner, Sr. of 31560 Townline Rd. Philadelphia, NY died at the Samaritan Medical Center on March 12th. He was 82. Among his survivors are his two sons Charles and Frederick Doner.Arrangements are with TLC Funeral Home and are incomplete.
