OGDENSBURG - The city of Ogdensburg is about to be exposed in the corridors of power in state government.
But it will be a good exposure. The city will be profiled in the May 7 edition of the Legislative Gazette as part of its Special Report section.
The 8,000-circulation Legislative Gazette is an Albany-based weekly newspaper that covers New York state government, promoting itself as The weekly newspaper of the New York state government and is read by state legislators and bureaucrats alike.
They feature communities across the state, said city Parks and Recreation Director Matthew J. Curatolo, who is coordinating the stories on The City on the River that will be submitted to the publication. It gives communities an opportunity to promote themselves and give a snapshot to the state of what theyre all about.
