CHAMPION — Michael A. Lowe, 31, of 35331 Jackson II Road, Carthage, was charged Wednesday morning by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies with second-degree harassment.

Deputies said he threatened his ex-brother-in-law on Feb. 25. He was given an appearance ticket for Champion Town Court.
