Kristopher M. Carman, 20, of 5 Sand St., Philadelphia, was charged Monday afternoon by state police with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Police said he possessed a Kindle Fire tablet reported stolen from the residence of Shelly A. Eggleston, 33230 County Route 194, town of Antwerp, during a party on Jan. 28 .

He was given an appearance ticket for Antwerp Town Court.
