PIERREPONT — Harley D. Trimm, 18, Hannawa Falls, was charged Friday by state police with sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child.

Mr. Trimm is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl on numerous occasions between Dec. 31 and February in the town of Pierrepont.

Police said he was reported to them March 1 and is scheduled to appear in Pierrepont Town Court.
