UNDERAGE POSSESSION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Michael C. Piesnikowski, 20, of Queensbury with unlawful possession of alcohol under the age of 21 and an open container violation at 12:14a.m. Sunday on Lower Bay Street. Police said they observed Piesnikowski walking on Bay Street with a 12oz. can of alcohol. Patrol made contact with the suspect, and further investigation revealed the suspect was under the age of 21.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Nichole L. Carlin, 38, of Massena with disorderly conduct at 1:57a.m. Sunday at The Lounge.While patrols were out at The Lounge for a separate incident, Carlin reportedly became engaged in a verbal argument with a separate group of individuals. The suspect became increasingly irate and refused to calm down. Patrols placed Carlin under arrest and issued her an appearance ticket for disorderly conduct.

2036 Dog at large complaint on Bay Street.

2145 Patrols responded to a residence to assist an elderly subject up off the floor.
