HARASSMENT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Alanna R. Cruz, 20, of Massena with second-degree harassment stemming from a complaint filed with troopers at 9:55 a.m. March 5 from the town of Norfolk. Troopers said the charge was lodged against Cruz at 5:52 p.m. Sunday at 180 East Orvis St. in the village of Massena.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - COLTON - Colton-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 9:28 p.m. Sunday on state Route 56, near Olive Lane, in the town of Colton. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Perry D. Hamilton, 77, of Colton.
