CANTON — An inmate at St. Lawrence County jail is accused of breaking a window on Friday.

St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies charged Donald A. Dobbs III, 25, with felony criminal mischief. He is to answer the charge in Canton Town Court.

In December, Mr. Dobbs, then of Ogdensburg, was sentenced to a year in jail for a May 2 charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was accused at that time of kicking at an Ogdensburg police cruiser’s rear side door while in custody. He also was also fined $200 and ordered to pay $236 restitution and a $50 fee.
